Kakashi can use MS and one MS ability is to control the kyuubi. This has been confirmed multiple times. It wasn't stated you need Senju DNA to do so.

Madara Controlled the kyuubi before he had Senju DNA. I Don't Know if Kakashi even knew of this ability. Remember this ability is written on the Uchiha tablet and only a few people outside the Uchiha clan knew of this.

If Orbito could control the Kyuubi than Kakashi could.

1. Don't say anything you don't know. We thought that Madara died for long tiime ago, but after this chapter, it looks like Madara just died for 12 years ago. Madara had EMS, he could control the Kyuubi anyway. Tobi stated that Danzo wanted to control the Kyuubi, and since he wasnt an Uchiha, he needed both Senju and Uchiha DNA to control it. Tobi have MS, and I believe Senju and Uchiha could be enough to control it.

2. So Kakashi have master the Sharingan better than Itachi or Sasuke? Nah. Like I said, Danzo is a non Uchiha and wanted to control the Kyuubi, and for that he needed both Senju and Uchiha powers.

OT: No, he cannot control the Kyuubi

1. When ever an Uchiha takes control of a best: a Large summoning or even a Bijuu it has been shown that its eyes turn into a three tomoe sharingan. We saw this happen when Sasuke controlled Manda and I think when Tobi controlled the 9 tails on the attack of Konoha. The only reason Danzo had Senju DNA was for the fact he had 11 sharingans on his body, 10 on his arm 1 in its rightful place. The amount of chakra being used though his whole body needed to be stabilized. Danzo only had 1 true mean of controlling a beast specifically the 9 tails and it was through using the sharingan b/c he had no control over the wood style. As far as we know all it takes is a three tomoe sharingan to take control of the 9 tails and we shouldn't make assumptions that there must be something else.

2. I never said Kakashi has better control over the sharingan than Itachi or Sasuke. I said Kakashi is more profecent in sharingan than most Uchiha. Itachi himself gave him praise, and we now that sharingan itself is very rare amoung the Uchiha and then MS is even more rare. When we first saw the Uchiha only the police officers had a three tomoe sharingan and that was it.

I believe Kakashi has everything he needs to control a bijuu. The 9 tails maybe a little to hard but he has the power.

No, he can't, a non Uchiha can't master the Sharingan as a true Uchiha can.

All you need is MS to control the fox, you don't need Senju DNA or to be an Uchiha, Danzo wanted to control it, but had Senju DNA just to use Izanagi. It would be too much to kakashi.
