--Kakashi has master the sharigan better than even some Uchiha so I would guess he would be able to. I'm assuming the sharigan puts a powerful genjutsu on the 9 tails.

any uchiha can control kyuubi, senju dna or not, madara proved that, sasuke too did something like that, and as tobi said, danzo planned to control the kyuubi, tho he had senju dna. the key control there was shishu's eye, so yes dude you have a point, and i just dont see how a simple eye jutsu would take more from kakashi than kamui already does

1. Don't say anything you don't know. We thought that Madara died for long tiime ago, but after this chapter, it looks like Madara just died for 12 years ago. Madara had EMS, he could control the Kyuubi anyway. Tobi stated that Danzo wanted to control the Kyuubi, and since he wasnt an Uchiha, he needed both Senju and Uchiha DNA to control it. Tobi have MS, and I believe Senju and Uchiha could be enough to control it.

2. So Kakashi have master the Sharingan better than Itachi or Sasuke? Nah. Like I said, Danzo is a non Uchiha and wanted to control the Kyuubi, and for that he needed both Senju and Uchiha powers.

You can normally control the Kyuubi with MS, but you probably need an MS level genjutsu. Kakashi, unlike Obito, hasn't demonstrated any MS genjutsus so far in the series, he only has Kamui with his MS
