Something i've wondered for a long time is why are the poles always censored.
It's a curious question. While I was looking through job postings, however, Indeed has some posted for a company doing some work down in Antarctica. Raised my eyebrows.

No. Flat earth proponents make good argument for why it's also possible on a flat earth. The sun and moon are proportionally the same on the so called flat earth and are moving at varying speeds with either being faster, I never care to remember which, and once in a while the other catches up to the other and that's when you get the lunar eclipse.

The shitty thing is there's argument for that existing on a flat earth as well.

The above two I can agree with but this one is another bogus thing I personally would argue against. All Pluto images are paintings as well as images of the rest of the planets. And stars aren't necessarily spherical, anything that glows really would take a round shape from a distance even if it's some luminescent rock of weird shapes, just as the head lights of a car do.

Moon landings may be real, I'm more convinced than I am not that they are, but how do you believe that when you don't have real pictures of these so called planets? Show me a real picture of one of them, and if it's not a painting I won't press further.

My own observations and common sense stack up against them that's the thing, and I didn't say I was anywhere near flat earth thinking, I'm just bothered by the paintings.

Why won't anyone just seriously consider the paintings for a second and look into them instead of try to find a bigger picture to this when this Isn't?

It doesn't really matter to me what shape it is as much as I would like to think it affects my daily life, which it kind of does in a way if I'm thinking I'm in a trapped space without a way out or if I'm on a spinning ball wobbling in outer space. I don't care either way, it's not something I would investigate extensively on.

And I actually had a question along the lines of: how are the images not blurry if they were taken manually by an archaic camera from the moon if the planet's orbiting at 1000 mph which was a humor question I had as a kid but actually are considering to be legit as an adult, BUT this was before I found out they are in fact just paintings and got pissed a little, and decided to delete the question altogether.

If I have to explain myself: my issue or my issue within this thread isn't with the science, but rather lack or non existent images of our home planet. The science is another story for anoyher day.

And there's no stupid or ignorance in science where there's curiosity. You can't call someone ignorant for being curious of a possibility of something else or just being curious, no matter how sound the theory is.

What is even science if it's going to be swept under the rug and never be questioned again? Bs science if you ask me.
I sort of explain it above. Just take it as my probing on how the only images on earth put up on Google are mere paintings and the images I provided being the examples.
Baited. You are a flat earther. You're not in "limbo", you're trying to get others into limbo and doubt their presuppositions. If you're not going to be honest about your position, then I won't entertain this any longer.

Nope, I am not. I need someone to convince me to either "religions". The question at hand is still regarding the images I provided and why there's only paintings. Outside that, it's up you what you make of it.

"Religions", throw in a deflationary term to make both sides of the issue absurd, and make skepticism the only rational position. Nice

The planet is too large to have an up picture containing the entirety of the planet within the frame. I'd imagine a picture from the moon would fit most of Earth into the frame, but I'd imagine it would be difficult to see with the darkness of space, and humans haven't been to the moon in what's about to become 50 years.

You must be registered for see images

Skepticism to the shape of the Earth puts you in the flat earther category in my book.

...yeah this is just nonsense. Ridiculous premise, bogus reasonings and multiple contradictions to the point it's hypocritical. If this was a thread to post pictures of the Earth or something, I would have moved it to the Chatterbox, but as it stands it's diluted extract from the Flat Earth movement.

For the heck of it it googled the first image...that seems to be from Google Earth, a program specifically designed to create a virtual representation of our planet by compiling information from multiple sources. So your supposed logic and observations, very doubtful.
