Nope Madara was already possessed by Kaguya before all that happened, the god tree has a huge part in this. Also, Madara's will is stronger as he became the jinchuriki of the juubi without any struggle.

But I must say one thing, Obito faced her Will 2 times 1. Juubi 2. Black Zetsu but this time She cooperated with both of them. Juubi/Shinju inside Madara + Kuro Zetsu doing some shit from the outside.

Madara absorbed Jubi without the holy tree(when he absorbed it, Obito already removed it from his body). Obito had the holy tree inside him from the start. He is the one who overcame Kaguya's will power and strength as well as the Shinju power in the end when Madara was reduced to nothingness

This explains why Madara became a perfect jinchuriki. Kaguya who could well be the juubi never opposed Madara because she needed him to absorb her to fulfil her plans. This is why Madara is apparently weaker than Obito. It is possible that Kaguya never gave all his power to Madara in the first place and Obito managed to subdue her through sheer will to obtain all her power.

False, Madara's Juubi was stronger than Obito's. Obito never absorbed the god tree. Madara on the other hand also did that.

The Juubi doesn't already have the god tree inside, it evolves into the god tree.

Also, overcame Kaguya's will? how? I didn't see Obito being stabbed through the heart.... Obito was a simple pawn..rofl.
