All white Zetsu clones seem to share the original's knowledge, similar to a shadow clone. Even if that's not the case, they can communicate via impulses in the ground..... so whenever one learns something new, they can rely that info back and forth.

i think the white zetsu is sort of a collective being. honestly, i reckon that the black zetsu might have once been a normal shinobi, but the white zetsu is just created from the first hokage's dna. or something. either way it's not surprising that he knew sakura's name. if nothing else, he will have just heard someone saying it around camp. plus she is one of the main characters...
