I can say the same for Madara and Kaguya. Although, Madara's - and soon to be Kaguya - were short-lived and the progression of events felt (or still feel) rushed. :|

I don't think Kaguya will be rushed. There is too much stuff to resolve with her and most likely has to do with the six realms of existence.

I agree with that for Sakura, but many people like Obito and his backstory
