I can say the same for Madara and Kaguya. Although, Madara's - and soon to be Kaguya - were short-lived and the progression of events felt (or still feel) rushed. :|

Obito and Sakura are similar yet very different...

both of them were considered the weakest of their team...

both of them loved someone more than the entire village...

both of them became stronger after the time skip...

the only difference is I liked Obito's character...
