So is Minato the fastest shinobi NOT counting FTG?

you really think that minato´s basic speed is higher than A´s lightning armor speed? there is something wrong with you than, cause if minato´s basic speed would be higher than A´s armor speed, so why would he use FTG when they faced each other?

Why wouldent he use FTG

FTG is perfect for an almost instant counter attack

When if he dodges normaly it would delay his counter attack also leave him open for a quick response from A after he dodged

Thats like me asking Why A used lightning armor vs sasuke, Does that mean sasuke is faster just because A used his lightning armor?, No same goes for minato using FTG against A


Its like me saying Is A the fastest shinobi Not counting lightning armor.

Pointless because no one can prove Minato is faster than A or A is faster than minato
Saying A is faster just because minato used FTG to dodge proves nothing

Just came to me - how is the ****ing raw speed measured in Naruto? I mean, all shinobi use some tricks/jutsus to be faster, otherwise they'd be like normal humans, right? So, measuring the raw human speed would be irrelevant, since all highly trained shinobi would probably have the same reflexes/neurological wave traveling speed (without their techniques)?

Well not one single person can claim that A is than Minato in terms of reflexes and reaction times, Minato might or might not be faster than A with just his feet but he sure is faster than him in terms of reflexes.

And to the person who keeps saying that Sasuke and Itachi are as fast as Minato, well Itachi is faster than Sasuke, and Minato is way faster than both of them.
