So I guess my prediction about Salada being Karins daughter was right

Sakura is a gentle person and Sasuke obviously can't raise a kid. Plus..How many times has Sakura given in to Sasuke instead of being firm. And as for assuming Karin is dead..If Sarada is her kid then OBVIOUSLY she is dead. NO WAY would Karin leave her baby if she was ALIVE. If Karin is alive then no way in hell is she Karin's. And if she is alive AND Karin is the mother, then that is the worst writing ever. And OBVIOUSLY Sasuke is a douche bag. TWELVE years! There is NO excuse for that. Leaving your child and (maybe) wife for 12 years in inexcusable. I think that Sasuke and Sakura will marry in this mini-series and Sarada will be the plot device that brings them together for real and not just in a hazy way.

y'know what this karin and sarada thing is about its kishi responding to fans reaction to the last chapter, think about it two things people have questioned about naruto ch700 are sarada looks like karin and why doesnt naruto use clones so he can spend time with his kids, both are brought up in the 1st chapter of part 3 and kishi probably decided to use the sarada and karin thing to add to her loneliness of her father

agreed and most people forget a important detail which is what sarada basing her assumptions on. She ask her mother does her father wear glasses cuz clearly sakura doesn't wear glasses. Then she thinks its strange that sakura doesn't know and later finds a photo of a women with glasses. Suspicious no doubt.

Now people forget a small detail sasuke, itachi, madara, and maybe shisui and izuna at one point needed glasses. Why people may say well I think its clear when I put the 1st three uchihas name on this point. The mangekyou sharingan deteriorated any uchiha eyes which would eventually lead to blindness. So all the sudden sakura statement of "I'm not sure" to sarada question is most likely the correct one since sakura truly never seen or heard about the mangekyo sharingan and its side effect.
