According to the movie info we have so far, Bolt is a prodigy that has lighting as his elemental affinty. Kakashi needed Sharigan to master it fully, otherwise without it, you have severe tunnel vision using it. Unless Bolt has byakugan, I wonder how he will pull it off.

I said he wasn't going to learn Chidori, not that he wasn't going to use lightning. He's going to use something we haven't seen before. Sasuke will probably guide him in creating a technique for himself; Boruto is a prodigy after all so I'm sure he'll develop his own lightning jutsu.

Raikiri is just a Chidori.
Kakashi's Chidori is just called Raikiri as a nickname, meaning Lightning Cutter. It got that nickname because Kakashi was seen cutting through Lightning with his Chidori, thus making Kakashi's Chidori get classified as an S-rank technique. Sasuke has shown a more complete mastery of the technique and it has been shown throughout the series that Raikiri and Chidori are interchangeable
