before orochimaru tried to abosrb sasuke he showed him hes real body. after orochimaru failed at taking sasukes body. kabuto implanted some of orochimaru's white snake form body cells into his own.

that is very true but if you look back at when that was happening. a little white snake happened to escape from the sword. but later got burned by itachi's black fire technique. but that little snake was orochimaru's rebirth before it got caught in the flames. If you look at it now orochimaru has been reborn in kabuto so he still lives.
