Well Boruto believed that he wasn't going to ever be the Hokage and I doubt anyone else even Hima will go after the posistion so Sarada who wishes to have a dream like that has a good chance.

Fighting style, clothing aren't character and that is what I am talking about

her consulting Boruto is sometimes brash but I endured Sakura doing way worse with hypocrisy to follow after (Multiple cases with Sakura not thanking Naruto, criticizing Naruto but doing the same or praising Sasuke if he did, etc....)

Her liking Boruto not for his looks and stuff also means she is +1 form her counterpart (Mother)

If you are talking about character she is nothing special. She is very boring typical female. Also I think you are being too rash on judging the new gen this early. They were never fleshed out as much as the previous generation.

Mitsuki's backstory is pretty weird, it's interesting, but definitely not 'surprising'. He has daddy problems too but it's more or less forced on Orochimaru's part rather than it being stupid like Naruto/Sasuke's situation

The rest of them have no problems and on that note, have no interesting groundings.

They all suck balls. Gaara, Neji, Rock Lee, Naruto, Sasuke, etc., all knock them out of the park. Hell even Hinata has a better backstory than these ****ers.

If ikemoto can make a better story or not is yet to be decided since we are literally going through Kishi content right now with the Boruto movie recap.

The only things I really enjoy about the new gen is the fact that Sarada isn't Sakura in terms of character, and that Team Konohamaru don't seem to have an unhealthy relationship.

Still that's not enough for me to say that the new generation > old generation when most of the older generation had unique stories and personalities. When I look at the newer generation, all I see are things that they fixed when it came to the old generaiton.

Naruto (aka Boruto) not being an untalented loser to help from future 'child of prohpecy retcons'
Sakura (aka Sarada) not being an annoying ****
Mitsuki (aka Sasuke) not being a douche to his team mates or sulking

The rest of them like Shikidai, Inojin, and Chou CHou lack personality, but I honestly haven't seen any improvements bar Shikidai being a stronger shinobi than Shikamaru (in the sense of having stronger shadow techniques and probably not having low reserves). I prefer Choji over Chou Chou, and I'm not 100% on Inojin. Ino was pretty raw and not as annoying as the other girls.

c) Again like stated prior, the new mangaka's starting art is debatable at it's early phases and with more reading and more improvement over the next few chapters we will see him settle down and adjust and tweak his art.

No you are ignoring my main point. Even if you give Ikemoto years to perfect his art it will never match Kishi's because there art style is totally different.

Now to my main point. His art would never be an issue if he was busy starting his own series. This series although it's title something different is still a continuation of already created series. If you wanna really compare Kishi and Ikemoto than do it when Ikemoto makes his own original series.
