I'm just trying to make the point that before Kishi "allowed" the sharigan to graduate to the rinnengan NO ONE had any idea that was even in the realm of possiblity. So If one can progress I just want to kno if the other can as well

I think so because i remember all the way back in regular naruto it said something about a rumor that they think byakugan originating from sharingan or other way around.

urm i posted on a thread about this , noone believed me, i said that ems wasnt the last step, look at the uchiha clans ancestor's eyes. how did the uchiha turn from white swirly eyes, to red eyes with tomoe overtime, to me it went like this , sharingan - ms - ems- rinnegan ( thus acheiving what the sage song had)
