Agreed. If it is a clone, It must be some unknown clone ability, they usually vanish after a attack like that.

Mokuton Clones doesnt .... Sand Clones or Bug doesnt either .... Most logical thing I can come up with that the Biju helped create a combo elemental clone or Naruto used his replicating flesh power he used on Kakashi's eye.

He can manipulate his gudoudamas to his liking, maybe he formed one into a clone which would explain the difference in his wound. It may sound out there, but its a thought...

The real one and the clone switched when they got to that dimension. Obito kamuied Naruto and Sakura to his dimension and left the clone with Kaguya, while the real Naruto gave Obito more chakra to use kamui again. That's what happened.

Looking at the panels again(the Naruto that got hit crumbled to pieces) it was a clone that got in while a few others failed or it was the clone that was with Obito. That just leaves what happened to the original Naruto. Either he's still in iceland or another dimension.
