Honestly I think Tsunade would win this. Aside being physically stronger, Tsunade is a 1 class medical ninja and a Sannin to boot. She might have a hard time landing a blow on A. But, as strong as Ay speed makes him, Tsunade is a tank and take whatever he dishes out then heal from it.

Yes she is stronger than him. You know whats funny, kakashi probably wouldnt be able to keep up with Ay's speed and he won the vs thread in poll. Few months ago Tsunade had one and her main reason for loosing would be her 'lack of speed'.

This to me is bullshit to the extreme, and lack of range offence is no excuse for tsunade loosing either because Ay doesn't use it. If he can take off Tsunade's head he can take off kakashi's. And i have never seen him take off a head on his own. I say Tsunade has just as much of a chance at beating him.
