Yup there are hardly other techniques that can match up to Amaterasu and Susanoo.. Some techniques like TBB(of Naruto), Moktun(forest or whatever), RasenShuriken(may be/ not sure) etc..

Mokoton does not really exist anymore so I'm really sure he kept in mind. I don't think TBB is really a jutsu it has sure destructive. But the power thats used for it doesn't make it spammable like Amatersu. Rasenshuriken is pretty strong. If a Ama shuriken and Rasen shuriken were to go head to head Fire > Wind. So idk.

We already knew it was an amazing attack, we didn't need Kabuto to tell us, however, this doesn't mean Sasuke has the best attack and defence, because it's how well he uses it. Sure he manipulated it around his v1 rib cage Susano'o and fan boys will smile about this, but this is no way means his attack surpasses everyones.

But, as an attack I don't think their are many that can stand up to it, it's hard to counter, hard to avoid ( if not impossible ) and definitly takes it's toll.
