So about Orochimaru?

Orochimaru stated that he will not involve himself in this war. He has no reason to fight now, but soon enough Orochimaru will have his time.

Orochimaru won't ever be the final villain. He doesn't have aspirations to enslave all the people or kill them. Obviously, in his quest for knowledge and understanding of everything he kills people, but it's not like world domination interests him.

But he's not done yet. Kishi provided us with way too many hits about Orochimaru becoming relevant again to make it all go to waste.

i think kishi created him only to Follow Sasuke orders and revive the edo kages

he lost in every battle
