There's Devil's Advocacy, and then there's stupid scenarios. Why would Fujitora and Sengoku take turns? Why would they sit down and just watch Jack fight the other and then go "Okay, my turn," especially when we saw that Garp and Sengoku chose to double-team Shiki.

That wasn't a war. In a war, there are too many people to send your best fighters towards one area. As Akainu himself said, "What would happen to this scaffolding if we all left?" In this case, they could afford for both Admirals to attack at once.

Jack might not be enough for both of them to fight together, considering the dukes were fighting him evenly until he used the gas. I think you are thinking highly of jack, kaido himself would have trouble with fujitoura/tsuru and sengoku there...

No reason to assume he isn't, not to mention that the situation with Jack was more dire since they were in open waters with their top fighters all being DF users, Jack was sinking ships, and they had less footing and territorial advantage than at Marineford. So yeah, fighting Jack at the same time would be more even more needed than it was at MF.

Which is why one distracting him as the other attacked his ship to sink would be a pretty good strategy to end the conflict as quickly as possible.
