While I'm hoping for a ridiculously epic fight, I'm going to get pissed when Kishi gives Sasuke uber HAXes that allow him ti keep up, because it will just seems stupid when all of a sudden he can keep up with someone who has leapfrogged the previously fastest ninja in the world speed wise. Slowing time in real life? How will that work? Wouldn't time be just slowed in his perspective? I don't see how that would make him move faster than others because he would technically be moving at the same speed as he does. Naruto is fast in reality, he would be still be faster than everything else when time is slowed down.

Obviously you don't get how time manipulation works. If Sasuke does get this ability then he'd be able to slow down time meaning Naruto would be moving in slow motion to him while Sasuke can move normally.

And no, I have not heard about Zoom but I did look him up. His powers do make sense in the "DC" universe but can't see it happening with the Sharingan. it doesn't make sense, as it has no identifiable weakness. unless it drains sasuke of most of his chakra it's going to be incredibly overpowered, but knowing him he will still be able to spam attacks he should not be able to (susanoo is really the most overpowered and irrational jutsu ever).

now, if it's a genjutsu which he performs on others to slow them down, now that's another story as it can be broken by very strong opponents. but if it's a genjutsu on oneself, it should really make the user blind like izanagi.

Susano'o is said to cause intense pain in all cells of the body when used and this is in the incomplete form. It's not overpowered because it causes great strain on the user and we've seen many weak point of this technique. Sasuke's Susano'o was a joke, it's probably super OP now though thanks to EMS. Madara's Susano'o was broken by Raikage and Tsuchikage.

People call it overpowered because Itachi's version is overpowered, which is true.
