"Uhhhhhh... Your smirking wasn't very convincing..."

If Nola keeps this up... I dunno, I may just run and hope I can get back home before they catch me... Cause this is looking less like a training session and more like "Dinner and a Show"...

"Um, Manda? Hmm, I've heard... "Rumors" about the Boss of the Snakes... Not a summon I want to take lightly... Guess... I should get this over with then..."

Damn it... I've used a ton of Chakra on these summons... If Gin and Nola try and kill me I don't know if there's much I can do... Damn it...

I start by taking whatever chakra I can spare, which isn't a lot, and I force it to my hands. Once more I bite the scab off my previous bite mark and wipe some more blood over my Tattoo. I string together the hand seals Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram, and slam my palm into the ground. Nothing happens.

"Uhhh.... Hahahahaha!! Ha... Uuuhhh... I meant to do that... Um. Gimme a sec..."

I wipe the blood off and try again.

*Pllllrrrrt*

"Uhhhh... Just one more minute..."

*Pllllrrrrt*

"That's it!! I was trying to save some chakra, just in case, but you know what?!"

I bite into my thumb and wipe more blood on the Tattoo, I fill my hands with every last bit of Chakra I can.

"GET OUT HERE YOU ARROGANT SON OF A..."

A massive cloud of smoke appears.

*Pooooooooooff!!*

Once more I fall back, this time I really am out of Chakra. Getting up is next to impossible, never mind defending myself if Manda decides to strike.

I'm frozen in place to the sheer size of Manda, much less the question that was asked. With no chakra and nothing to lose, I stay seated and look up at the two eyed, purple, bad ass now coiled, ready to strike. Obviously he has seen me. So I only have one option... Go all out. I scream,

"ME!! If you have a problem with that, you can take it up with my damn fist you stupid bastard!!"

Manda's eyes widen. He brings his head down, to look me square in the eye...

"How dare you speak to me in that tone you insolent cur!! I've destroyed men tougher than you for less than that!!"

"I don't give a damn how many you have killed, destroyed, eaten. In fact I couldn't care less if you eat me!! I managed to summon you and that's good enough for me!!"

With that I throw myself back and just stare at the sky... Manda on the other hand.... Couldn't believe the audacity to come from my mouth.

"I'll kill you for that you little runt!!"

"Say, Sensei? What's next? I'm bored. This Summon isn't that interesting..."

"Why you...!!"

After summoning the snake, Gin's student had shown some fear of these snakes, but to show this kind of confidence to the king of snakes bizarre indeed. Manda goes back as he sees the way nola looks at the student, wanting to do something to him.

Well done that's all the snakes we need to summon, you can find your own later on (customs) at any time now.

Shayde sits up. Barely able to keep his eyes open, never mind speak. He gathered the strength to answer, but it was doubtful if anyone heard it...

"Uhhh... Yes please Sensei..."

Sure hope this doesn't take up too much chakra... I think I'm running on fumes...

Shayde looks around... The great boss of the Snakes went away without so much as a "I have no time to waste on pathetic wimps like this one.." or something along those lines...

Manda went away? Why? I thought for sure I was gonna chomp me...

"Hey where did Manda go?"

Shayde saw the look on Nola's face... Manda must have seen it too... Shayde not wanting to end up as Snake food, he stated loudly and clearly so that Gin and Nola could hear...

"Yes please Sensei!! I... Uh... Yeah, Snake Ninjutsu please!! We could order some Ramen, talk about... Killing for a while, anything!!"

Shayde started to laugh as loud as he could even if it hurt like hell, hoping to change the subject, or at least get back to thinking about training and not why Nola was staring like that...

Alright pretty simple, I want you to manifest a snake, one snake from your sleeve and send it at your partner. If you both do it right, the snakes will hit each other and no one gets hurt. If not, one of you is going to have a bad day. In a fight once you catch your opponent, the snake will bite into them and bind them in place.

"Oh really? What's Nola having?"

Shayde already knew that answer, but hoping to deflect the topic at least away from food he continued...

"Right... Summon Snakes in my sleeves, then direct them at a target... Simple enough."

Shayde looked around for a suitable target, he settled on a nearby tree. Shayde focused on the Snakes he had summoned so far. How they moved. How they... Reacted to being summoned. Those were different though, they were summoned via a blood sacrifice and hand seals. This method was more "covert", allowing the user to summon the snakes into the world in a sneaky and deadly way... There was a note amongst the Jutsu stating that it could be performed with 2 hand seals. Snake → Tiger . Shayde performed these hand seals and punched his fist in the direction of the tree. A single snake was willed into existence and flew at the tree, wrapping around it and constricting it. Happy with the result, Shayde tugged his arm and the Snake that was summoned, returned to his sleeve.

"So, what's next Gin? Nola?"

the tugging of the arm is good for rp, but you can't do that in a battle. Also, you can add hand seals if you like but you don't have to.

So, instead of just one snake I want you to focus more chakra and manifest a torrent of snakes. From your sleeve again, have the snakes extend around the tree behind you. One snake will bite the tree and the rest will will wrap around it. In a battle it'll bite your opponent and the rest will bind him.

Okay, are the Snakes only controlled via the users will or something? It made sense to me to pull my arm back to tip the snake off, but if you say it doesn't work, what does? I just don't want to look like an idiot while using these Ninjutsu... U_U

"You know what? Who's for pizza? Screw Ramen, it's overestimated anyway, Pizza is better."

Shayde takes out his totally allowed phone and orders a large cheese pizza, with pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. If it takes any longer than 20 minutes it's free... The wait was on... 19 minutes had passed without a single figure appearing, then just as before the 20 minutes were up, the delivery man appeared. Apparently finding a massive Snake in the middle of nowhere was more difficult than he thought, but it wasn't quite 20 minutes... Shayde had to pay... Damn thing cost more Ryo than he thought...

After another 20 minutes of eating Shayde was finally ready to continue his training uninterrupted. Plenty of Pizza was left over for either Gin or Nola to eat. Shayde wasn't a pig, just hungry...

"*Phew*... Now that that's over, let's get this done..."

Once again Shayde eyes up the tree. Focusing chakra into his arm, mainly around his shoulder. He remembered that his Sensei told him that the hand seals weren't necessary. Oh well. It mattered little, it was still a fast and useful technique. He would no doubt use this variation more often since it involved more than one snake. He balled his hand into a fist and poured a great deal more chakra into his shoulder. Focusing with everything he had, Shayde once again punched the air in the direction of the tree and from his short sleeve came several snakes, they coiled around the three, severely constricting it, if the tree was a person breathing would be difficult right about now... Once again, Shayde was happy with the result. This time, instead of tugging his arm, he stopped channeling Chakra through his arm, the snakes took it that their job was done. They returned to his sleeve and the summoning jutsu was through.

"Now. What's next?"

(Kyodaija Kawarimi) Snake Body Replacement

Description: Snake summons have the ability to shed their skin in a manner of body replacement technique which is used for the replacement technique and the snake hides underground. During the battle with gamabunta and katsuyu, Manda used this technique to evade from toad oil flame bomb; the skin was deceiving however it had a transparent opacity, which in between attack wasn't noticeable.
Note: Must have snakes summoning contract.

This is a replacement technique for your snake use it wisely and if the battle says no subs then don't use it >_>

( Akai Shima Moyō no Hebi ) - Red Banded Snake

Description: The user will release several snakes from his sleeve that attack the opponent and then lifts them into the air, where the snakes then detach from Orochimaru and then spins around the opponent whilst attacking them multiple times before dispersing.

Same thing, Manifest snakes from your sleeve and what not and then have the snakes lift my clone up into the air. Then the snakes will release from your grasp and surround my clone, attacking it from multiple sides before dispersing.

Sorry, I'll say it in the simplest way possible.

How are the Snakes Controlled?

I added the whole "tugging" of my arm to indicate the Snake to return, but are they just controlled with will or chakra? I don't want to make a mistake when wording the use of this Jutsu.

Okay, so the Snake Summons can shed their Skin once per battle to escape damage that may overpower them and undo the summoning? Cool. I will remember that one. And if no Subs are allowed, don't use it. Got it. Now, next one is...

"So, summon a bunch of Snakes and have them beat your clone up? Simple enough..."

Once more I pour chakra into the area around my sleeves, mainly around the shoulder since my sleeves are rather short, and summon the snakes. They slowly wrap themselves around my arm, and once they reach my fist, I bring my arm up in a single swift motion. The Snakes fly into action, targeting your clone. The moment they reach your clone they wrap around him, biting him and keeping him in place. They then lift him into the air and have their tails detach themselves from my sleeve. While in the air, the Snakes spin rapidly and completely envelop your clone. Once they have done a significant amount of damage, they disperse in a cloud of smoke, leaving your clone to fall to the ground and disappear in the same style.

they're just manifested and shot out your sleeve o-o Once they leave you can grab on for example and go with them but once they are out, there's nothing else you can do with them

(Hebi Risu no Jutsu) – Snake Explosion Technique

Focus your chakra and turn your hands into a bunch of huge snakes that will hit your clone. Have one snake attach to that clone and bring him into the pile of snakes, then send a pulse of chakra that sets off the explosion.

(Jagei Jubaku) – Snake Authority Spell

Description: The user extends Large snakes from their sleeves, which then coil around the target/s and then binds them. With the further addition of the users murderous intent they then can weaken their targets resolve and temporarily paralyze them in place.
Note: Must be able to summon Snakes

Self explanatory, Large snakes from your sleeves and they bind your opponent. This time use your evilness to weaken the clone's resolve and freeze him in place.

The reason I asked is because Sasuke, Anko, Orochimaru and even Kabuto have had them return to their sleeves/ bodies and then disappear.

For example: In this image, Sasuke uses White Snakes to bind Juugo and Suigetsu, then after threatening to kill them, he has them return up his sleeve. That may actually be the Snake Authority spell, but my point still stands, the snakes, once summoned have been shown to be able to return back up the user's sleeves.

And here. At exactly 3:12 Anko returns the Striking Shadow Snakes to her sleeve after pulling Orochimaru out of the tree. I thought we could all do this with the technique...

But you're saying that they are summoned and then, for want of a better word, tossed at the target, after which you can grab on to move out of harms way? Okay then, I'll not pursue it further Sensei.

"This one sounds fun!! Blowing the enemy up in a sea of Snakes that prevent movement? I can't wait to use that..."

I start by channeling chakra into my hand, this cause it to alter it's appearance my fingers become thicker and darker. They are no longer actual fingers, in fact my entire hand seems to have changed into a mass of snakes. These snakes grow in size, and as they do one of the snakes strike's at your clone, clamping it in it's jaws and traveling upwards, while the remaining snakes form a pile below. As the Snake reaches a certain height it dives into the pile, causing severe physical damage to your clone, and this is finished off with a pulse sent through the snakes, resulting in a great explosion. I am far enough back from the pile as not to be affected by the explosion, but your clone would be no doubt dead at this point if it was a person.

"Okay, I hope that last one wasto your liking Sensei, now... This one, hmmmmm... I can see myself using it, but not before I obtain the true "Killing Intent" (The Ninjutsu Technique)... Right. Let's try it."

I start by performing the same actions I would for the Multiple Striking Shadow Snakes, gathering Chakra near my shoulder and summon several snakes into being. These Snakes wrap around your clone, restricting it's movement. From there I look at your clone and release a palpable wave of murderous intent at the clone. This renders the clone somewhat immobile and unable to even speak. As soon as my intent to kill has settled in, I release the snake's hold on your clone and have them return to my sleeve. If your clone was my enemy, my snakes would have probably bitten into him, to restrict his movement further, and I would have probably delivered a lethal strike at your clone, to finish the job. But, since I only had to perform the technique, I saw no need to dispatch the clone.

"Right, hope that lived up to your expectations Sensei. Now, what's next?"

I'll list off the occasions I can remember it happening, either blatantly or subtly.

When Anko fought Orochimaru in the Forest of Death in the anime, she used the Striking Shadow Snakes to pull Orochimaru out of the tree he was hiding in. As soon as she finished performing the technique, the snakes returned up her sleeve at a fast pace. It was clearly shown in that fight. The below video clearly shows her returning the snakes up her sleeve at around 1 minute.

When Naruto fought Orochimaru in his hideout, while he was with Sai, you see Orochimaru perform the Striking Shadow Snakes to cut down the Naruto clones. Only one of the snakes was hit with tNaruto's Rasengan, leaving around 4 left when Naruto lunges at Orochimaru with a Kunai. By the time Orochimaru has Naruto constricted with the technique, the other 3 or so Snakes had completely vanished. This could just be an error with the animation, but as shown with the Anko fight, they have been shown to return up the users sleeve. This one is more subtle, since they aren't shown returning up the sleeve, but I believe it's possible. This happens at exactly 12 mins 20 seconds or thereabouts in Episode 50 of Naruto Shippuden. A link is provided below. The Snakes are there one second and completely disappear the next. Either they returned to Orochimaru's sleeve or it's a S/T Technique, it must be!!

When Sasuke broke up Suigetsu and Jugo's little spar, he summoned two large Snakes from his sleeves, as described in (Jagei Jubaku) – Snake Authority Spell, and had them restrict the two of them. Once they were aware of his intent to kill and they stopped fighting, Sasuke released them from the Snakes and those Snakes returned up his sleeves. This may be seen as another technique, but as shown clearly in the Anko vs Orochimaru fight, the Snakes summoned via these methods appear to have the ability to return from whence they came. The image in the spoiler shows the technique I'm referring to, and they very clearly and slowly return up Sasuke's sleeves in that moment in the anime.

Finally this one can be seen as controversial, since it involves Sasuke's Cursed Mark after he absorbs Orochimaru's powers, but I think it's relevant nonetheless. When Sasuke is fighting Deidara, after he loses his wing and forces Deidara's Dragon onto the minefield, he summons Snakes from his skin and uses them to assist his egress from the air and on to a tree. Once he is safe from the mines he undoes the Cursed Mark and the Snakes travel back into his skin. These Snakes could just be an extension from Orochimaru's power, or the Cursed Mark's ability to mold the users form or both, but the Snakes were shown to return to the users skin, and if Sasuke was wearing a shirt, those Snakes would have appeared to come from his sleeves. Below is a link to the dubbed fight. At between 11:00 and 11:30, Sasuke summons or wills the Snakes into being, has them grab the tree and pulls himself, then return into his skin with the Cursed Mark.

All in all I hope that's enough evidence to show that it's possible to have them return to the users sleeve. I certainly wasn't expecting to do this when I started this training, so if this isn't considered part of the Jutsu's description, maybe it should be updated to accommodate this... :|

I start by gathering chakra in my mouth. This chakra will be used to summon a horde of Snakes into being, but I must first create a mental image of what I wish to summon, before trying to do so. If there is one thing I've learned from all my training, it's that having a proper mental image of what you want helps severely. Once I feel I have the right image, (and a proper amount of mouthwash prepared) I start to summon the snakes in my mouth. Allowing the number to swell up before violently releasing them off in the opposite direction, away from you and ensuring no harm comes to anyone. They begin to rise from the ground and from a wave, that would be capable of deflecting minor attacks, launch a wide ranged offensive, cut off the enemies line of sight and allow the user to have a window of opportunity to prepare for a larger, more devastating Jutsu. Once the snakes have slithered off in the other direction, I give my mouth a well deserved washing with the aforementioned mouthwash. Once I have thoroughly washed my mouth and gotten that "snake taste" out of it, I turn around and say with a slight smile on my face,

"How was that Sensei?"

haha nice job xD, well that's enough evidence for me. I just wanted to see it happen once and it'd be legit. I hope you keep snakes, you'll be a great user of them xD and yes, you can returned them and everything. As long as there is anime proof, and you have it.
