Snakes would probably win due to Manda II, who pretty much dwarfs everyone on the battlefield.

Team two has the number advantage, Gamakichi, Gamabunta and Gamahiro all carry huge blades (Gamahiro carries two) which can be used to impale Manda and Aoda (Gamaken can assist them using his shield and sasumata) and stop them

Manda 2 would never be able to catch them with their agility and ability to jump enormous distance but the toads most likely cannot put him down but they can blind him using the two left over blades

The snakes. Manda II is too much. Seeing as they're snakes, and the fact that Manda held his own pretty well against both Gamabunta and Katsuyu back in the day, I can see Manda and Aoda taking Gamabunta and Gamakitchi. Manda II has the raw power and size needed to take the other three on his own imo. They may be outnumbered, but they have more power, and with their speed and body shedding substitution, they'll be hard to hit.
