Well I was going to try and use C4D but they pissed me off so I tried out smudging.
I messed up on his hand but whatever

What do you mean what do I use photoshop?
I use photoshop and I followed some random tut I found on youtube.

I threw the text in so it wouldnt look so empty.
I dont have any any good text, nor do I know which one is good to pick out and use.
