Tatsuya Suou makes a cameo appearance in Persona 3 as part of Trish's show, Who's Who. He is described as "Smoking hot" and in his 20's. Trish discusses that he intends on becoming a policeman like his brother, Katsuya Suou.
Tatsuya is also the online screen name for the protagonist in the English version of the game when interacting with the Hermit Social Link.
A lot of P1/2 characters got mentions on Trish's show, which would occasionally play in the lounge on that TV. What's even more interesting is that all the descriptions given about them have absolutely no contradictions with the P1/2 storyline IIRC, so perhaps they can be regarded as canon.
''Persona 4 The Golden Animation: Thank you Mr. Accomplice'' aired today.
The second Persona 3 movie will be released on DVD in March, so we might get the movie in about 4 months. The movie has received high praise so far and people claim that while the first movie was pretty good it really starts to shine in the second one.
And let's not forget the brand new world of dungeon-crawling, social-linking and psychological trauma, Persona 5. Here are, once again, some highlights of the trailer of Persona 5:

The translations of the adds in the train:
"It happened again!? People are running away."
"Taxes are increasing again!? Could this be a controversy?"
"A popular personality has been suspected of tax evasion. Accused of hiding several million yen in income."
"An uproar broke out over an affair with the innocent schoolgirl idol. Officials involved in the matter are staying quite about the identity of her lover.
"Dark rumors are spreading about a major food chain's performance decreasing."
"There is a new M.O. for telephone fraud, this one of which targets the elderly."
"Threatening phone calls have been made to those who recently won the big lottery prize. Personal information has been distributed."
"A public prosecutor fights against falsified evidence!" (Edgeworth?)
"Extensive bullying."
"Died in their room by an apparent strangling."
"A rapid succession of assaults has occurred."
"A dangerous car accident has recently been reported."
Also of note it that the main character has two chevrons on his turtleneck as well as a two button on his lapel, meaning he will likely be in second year of high school. (What a surprise)
Everyone walks with a cellphone. This suggests cellphone communication and texting will be a big part of the game, and if done in the vein of Catherine, a potentially exciting new part of building social links.
The uniform of the MC has the word "Shujin". It means prisoner.

The Persona 5 information is most likely old and shared already, but I'd like to keep the information alive on the next few pages of the FC as well.
Persona 5 will be inspired by John Carpenter's They Live. You play a bunch of High School students that run into some underground website where som people claim that the world is a pack of lies, that humans are slaves to society, conformism and consumerism, that the truth is hidden in plain sight.
The students get in touch with one of them and recieved special glasses. When they put them on, they can see the Reality as it really is. Subliminal messages everywhere and "Them" : supernatural creatures that are disguised as human, as cops, as entreprises' CEOs, as politicians.
During daytime, the characters act as normal students. They don't show their true personnality. They stay hidden. They go to school and you have lots of Social Links as usual. (Maybe to "free" some people from the creatures' plot?)
During the night, the team change outfit, they show their true nature (Awakening their Personas in the process) and go fight the creatures (Which are seen as normal individuals by the rest of the world so each time the students kill a monster it is considered a murder by the Police, the Press etc...)
The more the story goes, the bigger the threat becomes. During the last part of the game, the characters will be seen as Public Enemies and will be hunted down by the police.
Wow, wow and wow
I have no words to express this
So glasses, same as P4 O_0
And they can summon their Persona's in the real world
This is gonna be cool
Is this the first Persona game where the cast is actually looked like villains or something along those lines?
Probaly the Protagonist will do something like Minato and sacrifice himself to show the truth to society or save the other members of the cast or something along those lines
Where did you find this?
I'd include images and fancy links in this, but I'm studying for my last exam atm... so... yeah
First of all, the notion that P5 could be inspired from a film such as "They Live" is very possible. SMT: if..., the precursor to Persona both in terms of gameplay and story (characters from the game return in P1/2) was loosely based on a British movie from the 60s, where some plot elements were influenced from the movie. There are also many big Japanese devs and game directors who draw inspiration for their games plot elements such as Team Silent, who were heavily influenced by a film called "Jacob's Ladder" when developing Silent Hill.
The notion of the subliminal messages seems to be already present in the trailer, with the messages on the posters/billboards. Adding that to the fact that glasses were an important part of P4 (as was "seeking the truth"), and the fact that Harry Potter P5MC has glasses, and bang, you have a plausible theory.
It's actually funny this theory you showed. I've just recently saw the movie "They Live" with my cousin a couple weeks ago. Lol
I would imagine a big fist fight between the protagonist and his best bud showing him the truth or whatever and then have them both die towards the end of the game, but for whatever reason the protagonist's best bud dies from betrayal because yea. -_- (I'm just merely fooling around, but pretty interesting theory ).
