ok is it just me or is smoker being logia df user and just his attutide of justice in general not for shadow a little that hes gonna be a admiral befor the storys over maybe even after the time skip highly unlike on that one though who do you guys think is the nxt wave of strong ones at the top like people like coby etc

Well except for Cody and Helmeppo we haven't really been introduced to young and potentially strong marines. But people like Hina, smoker and Tashigi are obviously coming back to fight the strawhats a couple more times.

I'd say Hina won't be much of a threat, but smoker and tashigi will both be a fight for Luffy/Zoro.

I imagine Smoker being higher up in the marine rankings, POSSIBLY a vice admiral because he clearly is stronger than most captain's and is shown to have the respect of even Aokiji.

My bet is Aokoji promoted Smoker to higher because of he is so strong, he is obviously overpowered for the rank that he is so he will be likely WAY higher up, likely vice-admiral but probably close to being on his way to making admiral

i think aokoji has respect for smoker due the view of 'justice' he has, similar to garp's and somewhat evident in sengoku, as oppose to magma brat's "ultimate justice"...personali i think next time magma brat comes across the SH'...that will be his funeral

I would say Smoker is a definite character for a spot of Admiral, but first he must make Vice-Admiral which comes with lots of requirements. One being having the ability to use haki; something Smoker hasn't shown yet. So, the only thing we can do is wait. The other two spots, I am not quite sure yet.

the highest rank he can possibly be right now is rear admiral smoker could maybe be an admiral but theirs one thing that wont get him their

haki

if he learns this than he will be able to be promoted

if he doesnt learn it then the highest he will be is rear admiral
