What kishi did in this latest manga chapter is a stroke of genius! Basically, do you guys know why Hagoromos sons are called "Indra" and "Ashura"? Basically, in hindu and Buddhism mythology, there was a god called "Indra" who was in constant battle with the clan, the "Asuras" to maintain peace. And what did Indra and Ashura do? Have a huge battle, Indra was alone, and had the power of a god like The mythological Indra did and was. And Ashura was with others constantly to prove he was as good as the god like figure his big brother was, just like the Asuras were doing.

Lol ironically the only thing right in your post is that they were in constant battle. INDRA is the king of heaven,the thunder god,and too had his surbordinates like agni~the fire god,vayu~the wind god,etc. like equivalent to those in greek mythology like jeus and all. And basically they were immortal angels.
Ashura(Asura,same thing) portray demons who tend to rule earth via power and domination in real mythology,like RAVANA(defeated by lord RAMA~ a human,7 th avatar of lord vishnu),KANS(defeated by lord krishna,a literal god in action,8th avatar of lord vishnu),etc. The 9th avatar was gautum buddha.

Well if you look at it,he kinda flipped the role,tbh,and doing so just literally made it damn exciting.


And sasuke is reincarnation of indra,god of thunder,kirin people,hmm.
