We can see isshin surprised by the way Ryuken behaves...What's that mean? ... but we know Uryuu always called Ichigo Kurosaki...so what does that mean ? Isshin was some sort of superior for ryuken ????

most likely isshin and uuryu's dad were friends back when isshin was either a shinigami captain or after him and his wife got married. its possible that isshin, urahara and uryuu's dad were friends and allies a while ago

wasn't there a whole war or something between quincy and shinigami?... plus he might be mad at shinigami for the same reason as uryuu, so if he's mad at shinigami then that could be why he called him kurosaki
