well, Kabuto says that he gave some Senju cells to Sasuke or similar to it. However, it wasn't the one that gave him a rinnegan (or else he should've had both rather than his left)
Now for the coup de grace, Sasuke only has one of RS's chakra.
His rinnegan can be deactivated by will to recharge it faster. It was hinted even in the gaiden when he told Naruto that he's been jumping around dimensions.
His rinnegan is pretty much the same thing as RS Obito giving Kakashi kamui sharingan.
So it's possible for him to lose the Rinnegan once he depleted ALL the chakra given to him like what happen to Kakashi's
