Sm naruto blitz deva and asura path in cqc and you should also know that while he is charging jinton he is stationary so i'm sure sm naruto can blitz onoiki who is charging jinton at 5m. Kakuzu was not able to do anything despite knowing thanks to bunshin feint which naruto can use here too and even better with sm. Lol you really think it's wise for onoiki to use KB with his old age and low stamina? He has been using rock clones which are pratically useless here with naruto sensing which will note the original. Noone else who uses naruto in a vs. thread uses that kind of logic. You might as well restrict all summons because those are other living things and restrict bloodlines because that's not their power it's their family's. No using abilities taught to you by others because that's their power and you're just copying it. No using martial arts that you were trained in because that's your sensei's power.

Don't use a weapon, that's not your power.

Inazuka's can't use dogs, aburames can't use bugs. Sakura and Tsunade can't use yin seal because that's the power they used yesterday which makes them stronger than if they used 'their own power'.
