Lel A>B>C Logic. naruto cannot dodge large scale conical Jinton. Naruto cannot dodge CQC cube jinton. Toads cannot dodge any form of Jinton. All Summons bar shima and fukasaku go with a single Jinton. Then Naruto can go with his 2 toads via conical Jinton. Onoki can fly and super lightweight himself. Last I checked his flying speed was on par with Deidara's and KCM Naruto's running speed, I see on reason to believe he cannot dodge it by flying upwards.

Naruto has sm sensing he will know what onoiki want to do before he even acts and if onoiki fly too high his justu will be slow giving naruto more chance to dodge. While onoiki is attacking summons naruto will have already feint him with bunshin, onoiki is not a sensor neither does he have eye at the back of his head he will surely get caught in the FRS explosion even if he dodge it he didn't know FRS can expand and even if he did, with a feint it will be too late to do anything.

Not Taijutsu CQC, I am implying 5m distance CQC like what he did to Sasuke. It's doubtable Naruto will be able to dodge/escape given it's prism like shape. Lol? So Onoki cannot use Bunshins? Kakuzu isn't a sensor and could tell FRS was deadly. I see no reason as to why Onoki can't. Flying up to dodge is an easy task, you claiming he won't is laughable at best.

Considering that you're restricting Naruto far below his current power and giving onoki all of his in addition to taking away one of his weaknesses in exchange for something that wouldn't work against onoki anyway...

Of course onoki win's if you stack it in his favor this high.
