if you didn't do that, he'd be able to spam SM naruto clones
Still naruto would win... SM, Rasenshuriken, all of those frog summons, ma and pa for genjutsu
SM has great speed and incredible strength, not to mention frog fu which can hit them without actually hitting them

Naruto wins none of them can dodge rasenshuriken xcept maybe kakashi and now that naruto is friend w/ kyuubi he can match w/ the two frog sages w/o problem and no trap is chatching naruto who can sense whole of konoha.

SM naruto destroys these jokers. If any of these guys try to engage naruto in CQ they get knocked out by an invisible punch.
Wood release destroyed by oodama rasengan/ chou oodama rasengan.
Sage naruto fodderizes boss summons with his strength, sai's animals would be kittens.
Kamui... SM naruto is too fast to be focused on, and there's the possibility of kakashi hitting a clone, which will cripple him and his chakra reserves.
Base naruto can possibly beat them if summons aren't restricted.

knowing kakashi, he will organise a plan to strike hard and fast. not give naruto the chance to use his scroll to summon clones once the first SM runs out. hiding like a mole technique, means kakashi can very quickly close in for some taijutsu against naruto. sharingan allows him to match narutos advanced threat perception.
yamatos more useful than we think. his wood release supresses chakra, he can make wood clones which are more sturdy and useful than normal clones, and kakashi has raiton bunshins, doton walls etc. naruto will end up boxed in like deva path, except he has 3 top class shinobi coming at him, with lots of doton techniques.
they can make naruto waste a RS on a wood clone which is way better than normal clones.
