No restrictions I think nano bombs can solo any summonings or just regular bombs in general and nano bombs solo naruto if he breath in them

Naruto wins, since there is no intel so Deidara won't know what FRS can do and eventually get hit by it via Naruto's trickiness. Even though Naruto has no intel it won't take him long to get use to Deidara's fighting style since Deidara is pretty much a one trick pony. Plus Naruto can summon all of his toads which really pushes him towards victory considering of the numerical advantage. Deidara is a formidable opponent but SM Naruto just has too many counters for his abilities.

C4 isn't a problem due to naruto's sensing ability. He would sense the nano bombs and could used the cellular blades in his FRS to eliminate them. Deidara would even make it far enough to use C4, due to naruto's speed.

well we saw what sm capable of
sm naruto was strong enough to overmatch pain and his clones
the only reason that naruto lost in that fight was because the whole nine tails was preventing him from using the sage mode and he didn't master the sage mode yet and we saw him one shot every path except pain
but he overmatch pain
and after that he lost his sm and he had to use clone sm so to complete the fight but he couldn't because the nine tails and his limits time
so take the nine tails away and make naruto master his sage mode and he will win against pain hard difficulty
si basically
sm naruto > pain >>>>>> every other member of the akatsuki except adu itachi
so yes naruto will win low diff
