Chidori variations are weaker in power than chidori while oodama rasengan is powerful than base rasengan, oodama ransengan would straight up overpower any chidori variants and chidori itself

Naruto was avoiding direct eye contact with sharingan from early part two, sasuke cant tell the difference between clones and the real one, smoke bombs obscure vision, naruto can fight in total darkness and hence with eyes closed as he is a sensor

in CQC sasuke wins and heres why

1. he has kowledge of frog kata

2. the curse mark + sharingan precognition coupled with his own chidori variants makes him virtually untouchable. even if hit he has amazing durability feats as shown in the deidara fight.
