hard to say... i'm going to go with A because but remember that the third raikage was way faster than naruto but nauto defeated him thanks to his sage mode reflexes. he could probably do the same to 4th raikage. Plus while in sage mode, Naruto can take great damage and not be affected

I've never heard of that before. Also Km naruto isn't the same as Sage mode Naruto, Sm naruto gives him more protection. His reflexes are also enhanced.
