Dude just the fact that You think Tsukuyomi can be broken out of, by somebody other than the related, shows how biased yo are. Itachi's tsukuyomi is the second strongest Dojutsu based genjutsu in the manga series. Next thing you're gonna say is that Kotoamatsukami can be broken out of cause of choji's pills

KA can be broken out of, also do not underestimate the abilities of a senjutsu to break out of gen.

Itachi can't use Kotoamatsukami. Though if you want to play it that way: Naruto summons Fukasaku and Shima and stomps with their Genjutsu, or Sage Naruto shuts his eyes and blitzes with the Frog-Fu.

Itachi never implanted that eye, so again Itachi could never cast Kotoamatsukami. Maybe he could rig it to activate upon seeing Naruto's eyes. Though it doesn't help when Sages can fight without their eyes.

Naruto has no way of reentering sm.summoning gambunta takes a crapload of chakra. if naruto can't win before sm drains he's a goner

If Itachi gets prep time, maybe. Though again Sages can fight without their eyes open. A Sage did do that when he overwhelmed an enhanced Itachi and a stronger MS user.

I need evidence before I believe that. How did Itachi fall for it? Further, how did Itachi intend for Sasuke to fall for it?

The only small thing you have is what Danzo did to Mifune, even then there was a small block of time we didn't see between when Danzo got to the summit to when the Gokage all sat down. In other words: Danzo used eye contact to initiate Kotoamatsukami.
How do you think Danzo planned to use the Genjutsu on Sasuke?
