Ok then, Naruto wins since he knows about White Rage, and can counter it by vaporizing it w/ FRS, or simply getting far away enough from the release zone so that he won't be paralyzed and left helpless. The rest of Kabuto's arsenal is useless.

-Kimimaro is evaded or destroyed with FRS.
-Tayuya's Genjutsu is broken by Kurama.
-Muki Tensei is evaded.
-His regen and snake abilities are useless since FRS vaporizes the body and destroys the chakra network. One way or the other he dies.

And Manda II gets a Chou FRS to the face.

Lol, then this is a stomp. Genjutsu countered, webs, bones and Doton's are irrelevant. Healing is irrelevant to 1 shot techs. Pre-Cog isn't effective against 10 clones faster then you. White Rage is barely effective in a forest, and with full intel it's irrelevant. Manda II gets raped via Kyuubi+SM enhanced COFRS.

What is this? KCM Naruto wins mid diff regardless of full intel. White Rage is the only problem, but Naruto can sense negative emotions. Once he's blinded, he can still track Kabuto and attack him with multiple giant rasengans or rasenshuriken attached to chakra arms. Only Naruto himself gets immobilized by WR, his chakra can move freely as seen with Susanoo. Landing a hit on Kabuto isn't easy, but Itachi was able to do it, and Naruto can fire off multiple attacks with large AOE.

Muki Tensei spikes are tanked, or evaded, or destroyed with Rasengan.

Manda 2 solos gets COFRS to the face.

Naruto's shadow clones break him out of genjutsu. This thread has a perfect jin Naruto so Kurama can just break him out.

Sound 4 abilities are useless...Kabuto needs Edo Tensei to win.
