Manda II can beat Full Hachibi so Kabuto wins.​

Consider the strength and mass of Manda 2, I dont see why not, he could tail swipe a tbb back at Bee. TBB are lighter or about = the weight of Buijuu's, which Manda 2 can swap around. Only problem it would have repealing is flash dama, but traveling underground would suffice. Plus Kabuto can use Muki Tensei to shape the ground under Bee, to change its trajectory of the blast. Manda 2 style would be much like Manda 1, suppress and and bite. And the sheer size of that happening on Bee, being wrap would but him in great danger.

Ill say Kabuto high diff.

They think it's the same level just because of it's size but size doesn't mean anything in Naruto. Naruto was able to kill one of Orochimaru's Snake summons just by using two Kunai back in the Forest of death. People thinking Manda II is Bijuu level is just laughable.
