If u watch d end of d anime u will see that on his way to Konoha he fought and captured d six tails jinchuuriki UTAKATA. Did u see his fight against Naruto wen Naruto unleashed d ninetails power. Kabuto will die from one blow from Ninetail but yet pain bested d power of ninetails and chibaku tensei'd it. He wld hv killed naruto if he wanted to but he jst wanted to talk and capture him, he did want to strike his vital parts. So how dare Kabuto test d 6 paths at d same time, not one by one :sy: Even d 7th path of pain that controls life and death will simply seize kabuto's life wit ease :flaw:

Kabuto could manipulate CT. He wins mid difficulty. He can't be hit and Pain has no fire techniques to evaporate him when he liquidfies or lightning element to paralyze him when he liquidfies

rinnengan gives mastery of elemental manipulation he can use katon or what ever elemental jutsu he wants and also you are forgetting pain will absorb chakra he is a beast with intending to kill he is the perfect monster there is

ct basically has only one counter and that too requires a power of a tailed beast when the gravity is that level all you can do is to attack from one point
