Jiraiya was an extraordinary fighter with amazing adaptation abilities. No one can honestly deny that. Yes, he was not as good at Sage Mode compared to Naruto by any means, but Jiraiya certainly made damn good use at what he 'could' do. I can only imagine how great Jiraiya would be if he had the chakra levels of Naruto and the capabilities of perfecting sage mode.

Could you imagine Jiraiya being the jinchūriki for the nine tails, and being a perfect jinchūriki on top of that...
