They stop at Sasuke w/ Jugo. Madara w/o both eyes can't use the full power of those eyes, which is Perfect Susanoo. Leaving him with his Edo Feats, Senjutsu enhanced, and V3 Susanoo. None of which can stand up to a Senjutsu enhanced Perfect Susanoo. Kabuto offers nothing that lets them win this either.
