Im not quite sure what you asked me to do? You just explained the first method. So ill go with this:

Method 1 is useful for an opening move as the flying projectiles would occupy/distract the opponent allowing you to set up other jutsu, like shadow clones or a more powerful jutsu that may require hand seals.

It would also be useful for catching/throwing an opponent off guard, like if the opponent is trying to set up a powerful jutsu it would stop them doing any hand seals that may be required or it may make them resort to changing the jutsu they where about to perform in order to block the projectiles.

Well, you are RPing, so you could have just preformed the technique xD

They all use the same method. It's pretty irrelevant if you preform them individually. That's the point of this form of training, I join together all jutsus that are similar and teach them all at the same time.

If you don't have any question, that should be it for Basic Projectiles

Okay, next method is Method 2: Streams/Water Sources.

These techniques also require no water source to be preformed, and are in fact one of the best ways to actually create a water source. They stand as the ability to materialize a more continuous and thus bigger stream of water, instead of a short-timed shot of water, like in the previous method.

You can preform these techniques in two forms:

1. Handseals
2. Charge Chakra in the Gut
3. Spit out a continuous stream of water.

or

3. Materialize a great mass of water from nothing and direct it at your opponent.


Since it's continues, it carries more force than a projectile, so if a stream jutsu is of the same rank as a projectile, although the initial collision would be equal, the stream would continue to push afterwards. It is also a great way to create a water source to manipulate afterwards.

Another great way of using it is, if the range of the technique allows, materializing the water right on top/around your opponent. If you preform it correctly, you could encase your opponent in water and drown him, or, if the opponent is using a lightning jutsu, it will cause your opponent to electrocute himself.

You could also use this to make fire jutsu's backfire on opponents, such as if the go to spit out a fireball or stream of fire you could easily manipulate the water source they are standing on as make a wall of water rise in front of them or a tidal wave as they use the fire jutsu, making the fire jutsu simply combine with the water to make hot water that will scorch the opponent or it will make a smokescreen from which the opponent will be very vunerable as they are still standing on the water source.

Apart from that I cant think of any others that haven't already been mentioned.

This method does not manipulate existing water. What you suggested it's not for this method. Though what you can do is materialize the water in front of your opponent's mouth and you will achieve the same effect. You don't need your opponent to be standing on a water source.

Again, you don't manipulate existing water, you create it from the start.

Well then, Method 3: Water Manipulation.

It stands as the ability to apply your chakra onto any water source around you, and re-shape it, move it around, give it motion. Through this method, you are able to give water almost any use. It plays out similarly as the other methods. First you make Handseals, then you spread chakra on any water source within range, then you make that water source preform any action you want it to preform.

Except a few exception, ALL the jutsus require a Water Source.

You could also use this to make fire jutsu's backfire on opponents, such as if the go to spit out a fireball or stream of fire you could easily manipulate the water source they are standing on as make a wall of water rise in front of them or a tidal wave as they use the fire jutsu, making the fire jutsu simply combine with the water to make hot water that will scorch the opponent or it will make a smokescreen from which the opponent will be very vunerable as they are still standing on the water source.
