Since everyone feels "Skin Molting" is a viable counter to Amaterasu I thought I should bring this up:
In Part 1 when Orochimaru and Manda skin shed most people believe that they actually shed skin WHILE they were burning. But what actually happended was Manda shed it's skin and went underground BEFORE the fire actually hit him.
How do I know this?
IF we look at the image notice that the skin was the only thing stationary WHILE the attack already hit in the image above. This means that Manda had shed it's skin and dug underground BEFORE it landed.
Another example of this would be Kakashi vs Itachi
When Kakashi created a clone and dug underground with the original for a suprise attack
With this being said.. Why is it that people feel Skin Shedding can stop Amaterasu when Amaterasu spawns ON the Target?
Thoughts?
