Yes, I would like to learn the Rain Ninjutsu. I chose to learn rain over sound because I really like water and its techniques and that include rain, I can only imagine the vast amount of custom elements I can create with it. I like it cause it also cause it comes from the sky, so its attack can be less predictive.
Advantages: the water technique that is used which makes it rain, somewhat makes the user a sensor as it makes the user sense the presence of a foreign chakra. it basically makes the user somewhat a master on the battlefield as he can utilise the sky anytime he sees fit. (if it is raining though).
Disadvantages: the cloudy skies can be blown away forcing the user to resure the rain tiger at will technique all over again.

"Excellent, Rain Ninjutsu has begun. This also helps as you can sense your opponent with this, you can sense me right now with your rain. This makes your Rain techniques accurate! I want you to simply use the Chakra that is within the rain and manipulate it more by adding some more to it, make your hand like a magnet and gather the rain towards the molded chakra. Once you've done that use simple shape manipulation to create an Orb of Rain."
Yazoo begins the technique by building his chakra, he channels the built chakra into the falling rain and then he channels more chakra into the palm of his hands which he then uses as a base to call all the rain droplets to come to his into his palm, as the droplets start to surround his palm he utilize the shape manipulation to morph the droplets of water into an orb of water.
