Sorry for being late on this.
Before we begin I'd like to mention that Lightning is no where near my strong suit when it comes to teaching so please bear with me.
Anyway to start with, tell me what you know of Lightning Release. Specifically I'd like to know what you think of the element as a whole, but also it's relationship with the other basic elements.

Anyway to start with, tell me what you know of Lightning Release. Specifically I'd like to know what you think of the element as a whole, but also it's relationship with the other basic elements.Its ok.. I know all about all the elements.. Just.. Uhh.. lets just say this is dejavu. 
Lightning is the 2nd strongest but first destructive element. Where as earth pretty much destroys, lightning annihilates/tear apart.. Lightning in my eyes is more so an element for killing with very few supplamentary usages.. outside paralysis and augmenting their body (raikage). Weak to wind, since wind disperse it or some shit.. and strong to earth since it breaks earth apart..
My favorite lightning jutsu is probally kirin.. when he did it vs naruto.. shit was epic
