In sage mode, hes really fast, strong tai-jutsu, and he can hit his opponent without actually making contact(like he did when he fought pain.)
In kyuubi mode, hes faster then reikage, and can use the Bijuu bomb. also, hes incredibly strong, as he is smart.
He wouldnt need KM to beat 6tails though.

Well, Naruto's mother had the technique to subdue the Kyuubi once Naruto nocked it down. Naruto's task was to control the fox as well as defeating it. If it was just defeating it, I'd say the posibilities are higher.
In the crimson-red (most of it being blood) kyuubi mode, his pain and the Fox's evil will drives him on a rampage. The Kyuubi's mind does enter Naruto, but it isn't in 100% complete control over Naruto--just drives him berserk.
I'd say Kyuubi cloak mode, because he can access the Kyuubi's chakra at will, has control over his sanity and his actions, can form the chakra "solid" without hurting himself, use all of his own techniques (in origional and upgraded form), so on and so forth.

Naruto now owns the 6tail kyubbi. Naruto beat everybody including deva path.. and 9tailed fox. How is it possible for him to lose to 6tail because of the form???
Naruto now with just sage mode will kill 6tail.. at most make 6tails go 9tails like deva pain did... but then naruto would use all sage mode then just go into foxmode instead of sucking up 9tails chakra!!! goodbye 6tail or 9tails lol goodbye fox .

Kyuubi cloak mode is the term for when he is using the Kyuubi's yin chakra. When he was fighting Orochimaru and Pain, he was using the chakra and going berserk. After Naruto defeated the fox, his new form is refered to as the Kyuubi Cloak Mode. That's what I was refering to.

umm shouldn't they both be equal? They are both using the fox's chakara that means the same powers, defense, and speed. The only difference is that the foxes will doesn't take hold. This is why naruto can do a tailed beast bomb in this previous form and not in his current cloak. He doesn't know how to correctly mix the chakara.(but he is learning) This is also why in this current cloak he can use several variations of the rasengun and not in his previous form. Because the fox only needed the TBB to take out an opponent, there was no need to learn anything else. If that is not enough proof. look at the stance of each form. Naruto on all fours because that is what the fox is used to fighting and the current form he stands on two legs, because that is how naruto is used to fighting. Even the style of fighting is different. Naruto's will is based on tricks and strategity; the foxes on brute power despite the cost.
In short both forms are the same will the exception of the foxes acidic, hateful will and Naruto's burning passion.

Lets put this to a close. Naruto already took down the 9 tails with multiple giant rasengans and whooped his ass with RasenShuriken which left the 9 tails down for the count. Wether Naruto could beat the 9 tails or not is questionable but he did damage it. Also Naruto is so much faster now, has extended chakra arms like the kyubi and has his own chakra and the kyubi's. How can the 6 tails possibly win against someone with it's powers but Naruto is faster with better techniques (not including TBB) 6 tails would get owned here, I don't know why you think it would stand a chance. Naruto kyubi mode beat the third raikage with a clone when that raikage solo the 8 tails.
of course bijuu are invincible thats why they've existed for thousands of years. even the so6p couldn't kill Jubi so he split the thing and he couldnt kill it then so he split it, also if a jinchuuriki dies the bijuu revives later, see link-http://www.mangareader.net/naruto/541/10
