im pretty sure minato would win . pains main strength was linked vision and minato's speed and ftg beats that .
even if deva path uses ct or st he has ways around that .. if ct is used jus teleport away . and it takes time for st to come back, and we all no minato is a quick thinker and can make something happen within the time interval.
