Six Paths of Pein are prep, Itachi Uchiha is 100% healthy but can get sick, Konan doesn't have her bombs prep (That would be too much).

but it would be a close fight especially due to tsunade....tsunade will be an asset to team sannin...but then too they wont be able to defeat itachi ooops those three akatsuki member
