It's of my opinion that Orochimaru could use the Hokages to their fullest potential if he wanted to, so I'll go for him. Although he could still probably put up a fight by himself.

You can't be serious can you?
Weak Old Hiruzen was able to take them out of the picture by himself along with sealing Oro's arms.
Oro stands zero chance against Pain.

Are you saying that the Edos were even trying? They could have easily killed Hiruzen when he was temporarily blinded, but decided to play with him.

Six Paths of Pain.
6v1 is just too much. Technically Deva himself can obliterate that sh!t out of Orochimaru (and the hokages) with Chibaku Tensei. How is he going to get out of that? It was strong enough to hold the 9-tails captive. Just manipulating gravity in general presents such a problem.
Add that dog summon, and Orochimaru would spend most of his time just fighting the dog! And there's also 2 paths that can grab your soul out, so once they grab you, it's pretty much done.
Orochimaru's style is one where he just tanks a lot of hits. But it's already been shown that once you get stabbed by those black rods, it screws with your chakra. Pain was even able to hold Naruto down, and the only reason he escaped was because he witnessed Hinata "dying".

does pain have a sealing jutsu like a good one if so i would go with him but if not then pain would lose though he would take orochimaru out just not the edos

Orochimaru easy people just dont know what they are talking about.
Deva Path is useless what power he has that can kill oro why because his power work on pushing to crush someone bones.
Summoning path can be easy taken down by snake summons.
Absorbing path to is useless again oro because he cant escape it easy plus sword do the job
all other are useless only the one that can seal can be trouble but his was almost taken down by konohamaru so i dont think orochimaru would have trouble

Id go with pein simply because its 6 to 3, so thats 2 bodies for each of them. Although orochimaru does stand somewhat of a chance

CHibaku tensei is useless agains his leech of all creation technique :flaw: for dogs what about just getting hold by manda the use no sword so they wont divide and really you think those black rob will hold someone that can be cut in pieces,shred a new body become one with the ground

Your logic here escapes me (well most of your post makes no sense to me but this part in particular). How do snake summons defeat multiple summons of varying types, including summons that can fly, turn invisible, and multiply?
Preta path is not useless as any ninjutsu can be absorbed. Your argument here is just fanboyism. Off the charts fanboyism.
Just saying that Nagato's abilities are useless doesn't make it true. Please actually try arguing next time.
