IM SRSLY gonna cry...Fav characters are Itachi/Nagato and Minato and couple more so don't get this the wrong way bt im crying so hard right now...that idk im crying cause ahh u guys are saying that itachi or nagato can defeat Minato...hmm like i said i love those 2 bt Minato was dead b4 Naruto started...that should give u a clue that he is one tough motherucker...now saying that... doesn't mean hes unstoppable but you guys are going straight to conclusions without being patient and waiting for kishi to reveal more about him cause u guys think Minato only has like 6 techniques...Hes a hokage guys...not a genin...and FTG is not a kunai its a seal so if u say Nagato can push them away or itachi can counter them cause hes good at shurikens...let me tell u its a seal that's wrapped on a kunai...so he can still use his fingers to FTG like he did to bee...( i added Itachi here aswell cause u guys are not getting the Fact that Minato is out the league)

listen heres where youre making a mistake i agree there are a lot of fan boys out there for minato ytou are in the wrong because you arent gonna tell me who im being biased with when i say i like nagato more than i like minato i say it because his personality his similiar to mine in the end i dont care who would win personally commenting on this thread know you made it and knowing you are going to continue in the favor of nagato is waste of my time when i could be doing other things but you are wrong telling me who my fav character is reason i like nagato is because he grew up with a hella ****ed up childhood not to get sentimental but as did i i unfortunatly was also an orphan in real life wehther u belive me or not you have a right to your opinion i respect that but before you state you opinion make you you can back it up you have no evidence of me being a fan boy for minato whatsoever but my reasons for likeing nagato more are sincere minato had a good life therfore i cannot relate to him when i say im not a minato fan boy im being honest whether u belive me or not either way you and i live across the world so life goes on i just wanted to take the time to be honest you cant call someone a fan boy just because they are sounding like it with no evidence that mkaes your side of the arguement weaken debate team 101 you have to have evidence to support your opinion i apologize if it seems like im a minato fan boy im not i personaly just think he skills are superior but that is my opinion as for my fav character that is nagato because i can realte to his childhood

I think Minato will win. He is very fast .ie. both physically and mentally. Jiraiya could have killed all six paths if they all came at once like with naruto. He killed 4 of them. He killed one twice(making 5). he was just surprised that's all.

I say Minato.
His FTG disables Chibaku Tensei, because he can just teleport away when he's being pulled toward the ball. Also, it's pretty goddamn obvoius when Pein revives one of his paths, so when Minato manages to kill one, he will target the one who can revive because that's the obvious thing to do. One Rasengan and he realizes one of them can absorb and just cuts him to bits with Kunai/physical attacks. Kills off the summons by killing the summoner. I mean, there's very little Pein can do when Minato gets his FTG in many places around the battlefield. In fact he'd probably use Shinra Tensei against the Human Path because he'd pop a seal on him and pop away, then throw something at him and then pop up behind him then *stab*
Sorry, but smarts and FTG remove Pein's ability to really do anything.
There's only ONE path that would give Minato a lot of grief, or even win it for Pein entirely, and that's the path who can remove souls. There's very little chance of him figuring that out before getting his sucked out. Dunno if he can FTG in the middle of it, but if he can, that's when he'd figure it out.
Either way, I still say Minato wins. Pein has just one chance with the soul suck ability.

Wouldn't Minato's kunai also be pulled towards Chibaku Tensei? I don't think the Kunai he has at home are allowed during a versus thread. If they are, he'll avoid pretty much anything by teleporting home and watching a movie on netflix.
That's what I mean, placing a seal on one of the Paths should give him a safe escape route from Chibaku. Unless, of course, he opens the match with it, which I honestly don't see Pein doing if he has no idea how strong or fast Minato is. If he does, then it's a matter of how quickly Minato can get away... which should be pretty damn fast lol.

His space/time-barrier could get rid of Chibaku Tensei rather easily, just like it did with Kurama's Bijuu Dama.
