site went down...again

well apparently the site went down again.
now this time i think the server might have had an overload due to the fact that there were a lot of guests here and a decent amount of members and it was a bit slow before i was completely disconnected.

Servers do this, even ones with less popularity. So, your host/server might just be having maintenance done that they do at night time.

Obviously, people would check if there internet was down and afterward, come to the conclusion that NB is down. It often goes down during these peak times, it's not a new thing we're having a problem with. This is the questions and suggestions section... Are you asking something or suggesting anything? cause right now it just seems like you're telling people the site was down <_<

No, gats is right. And if the site goes down then it goes down (and those things happens alot).No point telling it here. There's nothing we can do about it but to check our internet connections

Yes they do dude. xD I have a hosted site of my own. A lot of sites run maintenance in the middle of the night as well, or early in the AM.

I wasn't talking about crappy shared Windows IIS servers on BlueHost. NB is running Debian. Servers running linux don't spontaneously reboot and apache2 certainly doesn't crash unless there's a major problem. linux servers stay up for months and even years without needing to power down.
This is just my desktop:

 19:58:37 up 208 days, 21:26,  2 users,  load average: 0.17, 0.21, 0.19

That being said....help out by reporting site problems until you're asked not to.
