History:
Illegal was born on a small island (UNKNOWN ISLAND) by his mother -Trish- who died shortly after his birth. They say Ishine the water dragon of the seven sea's spotted him on the deserted island just before starvation and nobody knows what happened after that... Illegal himself was too young to remember. He was raised in a small villiage called togishinei, the land of the lost souls. A very deppressing place. He raised himself up till the age of 7. After that a great ninja named Shiari yougaru took him in and taught him the ways of the shinobi. That is until the age of 15 when Shiari was brutaly murdered by some ninja from the hiddin mist. Illegal was filled with hate and swore to track down whoever did this and kill them. Four years have past since then. And he has yet to find his masters killers.
